Model FRP-CL Front Runner™ Precleaner The Model FRP-CL Precleaner is a heavy-duty Scalper-type unit designed for precleaning of carryback material at the conveyor discharge pulley. A new, specially formulated rubber blade media enhances blade life over urethane and reduces wear on belts and splices. A unique blade attachment system combined with “one-person, one-tool” operation make the Front Runner™ remarkably easy to operate and maintain. Hammer tough, the Front Runner™ main frame is double reinforced. All key components are made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance. Each unit furnished complete with mounting flanges, reinforced rubber scalping blade and compact ratchet tensioners. Cleaners are available for belt widths from 18” to 96”.
