Richwood Ice Breaker Pulley Cleaner The Richwood Ice Breaker Pulley Cleaner is designed to prevent ice or material buildup on snub pulleys, gravity take-up bend pulleys, or on any pulley surface subject to ice or material accumulation. The system is designed to be located 1/8” to ¼” away from the pulley face using a spring tension relief to prevent material from being trapped between the scraper and pulley face. Ice Breaker Specifics: • Replaceable tungsten carbide blades for long life and efficient scraping of ice or crusted material. • Spring load back tension to prevent damage to the Ice Breaker from vibration caused by removal of material from pulley face. • Available with heated blade and automatic thermostat relay control to prevent ice buildup on scraper blade.
