Richwood Hydraulic Heated Blade System The Richwood Hydraulic Heated Blade System is designed for use with any standard Richwood Belt Cleaning System. The heated blade system circulates heated liquid through special Richwood heated cleaner blades to prevent build up of material on blades due to freezing conditions. Hydraulic Heated Blade System Specifics: (1) Twenty-five gallon tank with bypass valve, shut-off valve and clean out. (2) 13 gpm, 4' Head, 115 Volt 60 hz Wet Rotor Pump. (3) Two 4,500 Watt Immersion Heaters with Thermostat Control and low liquid level safety shutoff switch. (4) 240 Volt AC/Single phase power supply.
