Front Runner™ FRP-S Performance Precleaner Reduce cleaner maintenance by using Front Runner Precleaner. Simple Blade Replacement in less than 5 minutes! Each Front Runner™ Model FRP-S Precleaner is furnished fully assembled as a complete unit with mounting flanges and segmented rubber scalper blade. Blades are belt width –6” overall width. Model FRP-S units for 18” through 42” belt width are furnished with one heavy duty ratchet tensioner for single side actuation. Actuator can be mounted on either side of conveyor for convenient access. Model FRP-S units from 48” through 60” belt width are furnished with dual heavy duty ratchet tensioners for consistent cleaning pressure and performance. FRP-S units are suited for use on vulcanized belts at operating speeds up to 500 fpm. May be applied to mechanically spliced belts operating speeds up to 300 fpm.
