- designed to prevent ice or material build up on snub pulleys,
gravity take-up pulleys, or any pulley surface subject to ice
or material accumulation. The system is designed to be
located away from the pulley face using a spring tension relief
to prevent material from being trapped between the cleaner and
the pulley face due to conveyor roll back. Uses a replaceable
tungsten carbide blade for long life and efficient scraping
of ice or crusted material. The spring tension prevents
damage to the cleaner from vibration caused by removal of material.
Available with heated blade and automatic thermostat relay control
