RAMIC PULLEY LAGGING
Richwood
lagging systems are an effective long term solution to conveyor drive
problems. Combi-Lagg® ceramic lagging is a cost effective lagging
system that provides both immediate and long term benefits.
HIGHER FRICTION
VALUES ALLOW LOWER BELT TENSION
Combi-Lagg® delivers
substantially increased traction over conventional lagging, eliminating
belt slippage problems. Combi-Lagg’s® superior drive traction
allows lower belt tension than required with rubber lagging. Since excessive
tension can often be eliminated, conveyor components such as belt, bearings,
pulleys and the lagging last longer than if higher tension were used.
SHED WATER
& DIRT
Even in wet and muddy conditions,
the exclusive raised oval design of Combi-Lagg® grips the conveyor
belt securely and sheds water and dirt.
EXTRA LONG
LIFE LOWERS COSTS
The high alumina ceramic
surface of Combi-Lagg® can last up to eight times longer than ordinary
rubber lagging. In high wear applications Combi-Lagg® outperforms
and out lasts every other brand of pulley lagging.
